Police are appealing for information to find a wanted man from Lancaster.
Tyrone Richards, 28, formerly of Ashbourne Road, is wanted for breaching his licence conditions.
Richards was jailed in 2010 for an offence of grievous bodily harm with intent.
The 28-year-old is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with short dark hair. He has brown eyes and is clean shaven.
Richards has links to the Lancaster, Worcester, Cornwall and Manchester areas.
PC Helen Helme, of Lancashire Police, said: “We are appealing for information to find Richards.
“We would urge people not to approach him.
“If you have seen him, or know where he is, please call police.”
